These are heavy duty U S made materials fit for your largest hog barbecue rotisserie set up. I've included some used pillow blocks and bearings I cleaned up and are also U S made components. The Axle shaft is one inch as are the bearings. The bore for the spit forks is about 1&1/16" to 1&1/8" I.D. NOTE, those 4 forks aren't just welded to the steel block, they were run through into the block and were then bored as is seen in one of the close up pictures of the block bore.
Bearings have 2 set screws on inner race each, to lock axle placement.
Part number 2630125 on skewer fork blocks, not that means anything.
Axle shaft (1") is stainless, overall length is 24", but is the lesser stainless grade than say the forks, which are pure stainless steel, not even a neo-dymium magnet will stick to those. My guess is you will have to cut the 1" shaft into two stub axles for mounting both bearing assemblies. 3/8" Carriage bolts may be used through pillow blocks.
There were some surface gouges in the short fork, which I've touched up by hand and are fine.
